This past week has been filled with some hunting, fishing, school, and everything in between. The duck hunting has been decent lately. We had some good shoots for migrant divers that provided some sporting shooting, along with greenheads and other puddle ducks. I haven’t fished much lately, but got out the other day with my friend Cody, and we did some nymphing. I haven’t had much time to blog lately either, but have taken a good amount of pictures, so heres a bunch of em from the past week. Enjoy!

Love that top photo – the Red banks and Grey sky make for a gorgeous contrast. Just a quick gear check – what are you wearing foot wise at the moment? I’ve got some cold-weather fishing boots like these – do you prefer chest waders? What do you wear ‘under’ them?
Thanks for the kind words on the photo… I wear a boot designed for wade fishing from Simms fishing products. (http://simmsfishing.com/shop/footwear.html). I use chest waders and usually wear a fleece layer under them. Simms or Patagonia both make warm fleeces. Thanks for reading.
